About Us

The Department of School and Student Accountability leads the consistent monitoring of students’ academic and social progress, and the recognition and celebration of excellence among students and staff members. This department also enforces high adult visibility so that every learning environment is safe.

ASSET Grant Notice

 Vallejo City Unified School District announces its intention to apply for the 21st Century Learning Community Center After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens Program (ASSET) grant. 21st Century ASSET grant funds provide students with academic enrichment opportunities and activities designed to complement the students’ regular academic program, assist students in passing the California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE), assist with literacy and related educational development services for families of these students, and provide a safe environment for students in the program. Deadline to submit applications for this grant is November 30, 2012.
