Verification of Employment:  HR can provide limited information on District letterhead.  We are unable to provide verbal information over the phone or complete outside vendor request forms.

TB clearances:  If you need to submit a TB clearance you can mail it to VCUSD Attn: Human Resources 665 Walnut Ave Vallejo, CA 94592 or you can email it to

W-2s: If you need a copy of your W-2, you can email a request to the payroll department at  If you are setup for the employee portal you can login and print a copy.

All Dedicated and Day-to-Day Substitute Services have been suspended effective March 16 through April 13, 2020.
