All Printing is done through Solano County Office of Education's Print shop that is located on the Solano Community College campus.

Process for printing requests: 

- Complete the Printing Request Form. Do not forget to include the Budget Code 

Email the completed Printing Request Form and the document(s) to be duplicated to 

- Your completed project will be delivered to our District Warehouse and will be delivered to your school or department via interdistrict mail. 


- Turnaround time for the SCOE Print Shop to complete jobs is approximately two work days depending on the size of the job. 

- SCOE Print Shop delivers to the VCUSD warehouse on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

- VCUSD inter district mail delivery from Warehouse to the Schools is daily.

Postage for all mail will continue to be done here at the District Office. Please continue to send sealed mail that requires postage to the District Office.

Mailing jobs requiring printing, envelope stuffing and sealing will need to be requested through the SCOE Print Shop. Once those envelopes are delivered to VCUSD's Warehouse, they will be postage stamped and go out in the mail.
